1. Files are delivered for vehicles you are authorised to work on. You are responsible for the correct reading, writing and checksum handling with your tool.
2. Credits are non-refundable once a file has been processed. If we cannot deliver a solution, credits are returned to your balance.
3. Emission-related solutions (DPF, EGR, AdBlue/SCR, CAT, OPF) are intended for off-road and motorsport use only. Using them on public roads may be illegal in your country.
4. Petrol tuning requires minimum 98 octane fuel. Diesel tuning assumes a healthy engine, turbo and clutch.
5. We store your original and modified files to support you with revisions. Files are never shared with third parties.
